That thing's no patch on the Triumph Rocket. I hitched a ride on one of those the other day...just before it's rider hitched a ride on ME...and let me tell you, it's so not true what they way about the riders of big bikes. He got nothing to compensate for! Phew!
All in all...I'll stick with my little Dodge Scoot. The rider's excitement enough.

The Rocket-IV has better accelleration at the cost of top speed, being an In-Line Four-Cylinder, rather than the H-D's V-Quad, but I have mine with a custom transmission, so that's less of an issue on my ride.
The H-D SR is a good Cruiser, but the marketing for it just makes me yarf. I prefer something with class and style, hense getting the Triumph.
Hehe. Power is better that outright speed.
Oh! And you never struck me as the classy sort, RRW. Hehe.
Yeah, the advertising for this bike is over-the-top. It's not aimed at Shadowrunners, seeing as it's too much of a niche market, and a SINless one at that.
But there's lots of SINners that want to be 'Runners. That's the target audience.
test drove one yesterday...not bad really but it begs to be tweeked. The standard rigger interface is a tad slow. I didn't try it in wireless mode, I guess I'm either too old or too paranoid to run with a an open connection no matter how "ultra secure" the advertisement claims.
Over all I'd say it runs like a HD,loud,rumbly and powerful. Its a comfortable ride and the chicas were checking it out so I guess that counts for something.
Personally, I'll be sticking with my '61 Viking...better balance and easier to repair..
